Hi, I’m Tony Martinez.

Hi, I'm Tony, a personal trainer born and raised in Orange County. Growing up, I played a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, baseball, and swimming, and continued with football, wrestling, and track and field in high school.

It was an easy decision for me to enter the fitness industry. During college, I earned my Personal Trainer Certification from NASM and began my personal training journey. After getting my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of La Verne, I continued to further my knowledge in mobility and recovery by working at StretchLab. There, I did one-on-one assisted stretching and earned my Flexologist Certification.
Over the years, I tried to explore different career paths, but I always found myself coming back to personal training—nothing beats the fulfillment of showing people they’re more capable than they think they are. 

After a decade in the fitness industry I earned the opportunity to train a corporate office which sparked the idea for FitforWork. Now, I bring fitness, mobility, and nutrition solutions directly to workplaces, making it easier and more convenient for busy professionals to stay active and healthy. 

I am also deeply passionate about self-growth, constantly striving to improve myself and inspire others to do the same. Outside of work, I’m a sports enthusiast - Go Lakers and Chargers. I enjoy pushing my cycling limits, snowboarding trips and spending time at the beach. My goal is to inspire others to embrace an active lifestyle and find balance in their daily lives.
