After the consultation, we’ll design a gym that fits your available space, transforming areas as small as 300 square feet into multifunctional training facilities. This step includes:
Designing a layout based on your square footage and needs.
Outfitting the space with all necessary equipment.
Ensuring the gym is functional, safe, and accessible.

Tailored Wellness Plan: Personal Training & Beyond
Once the gym is ready, we create a wellness plan tailored to your team. Our services are designed to offer a holistic approach to health:
Personal Training: On-site sessions led by certified trainers.
Fitness Assessments: Regular evaluations to track progress and set new goals.
Nutritional Coaching: Your trainer provides personalized nutrition advice, with the option for deeper support from our certified nutritionist to help employees build healthier habits. From general tips to detailed meal planning, we tailor the guidance to fit your team’s needs.
Stretching: Incorporated to complement workouts and improve overall flexibility and recovery.

Flexible Scheduling & Sessions
We understand the demands of the workplace, so we offer flexible training schedules to fit your team’s availability. Here’s how we work:
Session Length: Each session is 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute transition for cleaning and prep.
Training Frequency: Employees participate in at least 2 sessions per week.
Minimum Commitment: A minimum of 20 hours of training per week ensures consistency and impact.
